One-Year Warranty Terms and Conditions
Thank you for purchasing Acetino beauty appliances, exclusively distributed by Linacqua. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent after-sales service. To safeguard your rights, here are the one-year warranty terms and conditions for this product:
Warranty Coverage
1.1. Warranty Scope:
- The product comes with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if the product becomes unusable due to inherent quality issues, we will provide free repair or replacement services. The warranty includes:
- Electrical Failures: Failures in the product’s power system, motor, or control circuits.
- Structural Damage: Cracks or damage to the product’s exterior or internal structure due to manufacturing defects.
1.2. Warranty Exclusions:
- User-Induced Damage: Damage resulting from misuse, dropping, impact, or other human factors.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Faults or damages caused by unauthorized repairs or tampering.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Natural wear and tear from regular use, such as scratches on the exterior or button aging.
- Force Majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, water damage, earthquakes, or other force majeure factors.
Warranty Service Conditions
2.1. Conditions for Warranty Service:
- Proof of Purchase: Provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, receipt, or order number).
- Product Unmodified: The product must not have been disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Packaging and Accessories: Provide original packaging and all accessories, if possible.
Applying for Warranty Service
3.1. Steps to Apply for Warranty Service:
- Contact Customer Service: To request warranty service, contact our customer service team and provide the following information:
- Proof of Purchase: Invoice, receipt, or order number.
- Description of Issue: Detailed description of the problem or fault with the product.
- Product Video: Record a video showing the issue to help us understand and address the problem quickly.
- Contact Information: Your name, phone number, and contact address.

Repair and Replacement
4.1. Warranty Repair and Replacement:
- Free Repair: If the product can be repaired, we will provide free repair services.
- Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement with the same model or one of similar value.
Return and Exchange for Warranty Claims
5.1. Return and Exchange Conditions:
- Returned items must be in their original condition, including all accessories, gifts, internal and external packaging, and labels.
- Combined items sold at a discount only have a 7-day cooling-off period. Partial returns or exchanges of combined items are not accepted.
- Due to lengthy shipping times and complicated cross-border refund processes, we cannot offer return or exchange services for packages sent from outside Taiwan.
- If the product cannot be processed or is not part of the return order, it will be returned to you via cash-on-delivery, with shipping costs borne by you (NT$80-100).
- Returned products must be unused and in original packaging, including all accessories, gifts, and the original box. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for damage caused by personal use or improper handling.
- The electronic invoice for the original order will be voided and reissued. No need to return the invoice.
- Please note that if you violate Linacqua's ordering and return policies twice (including delays in picking up from convenience stores), we reserve the right to suspend your account and list you as a transaction blacklist.
5.2. Return and Exchange Process:
- We will review and respond to your return and exchange request as soon as possible.
- Once approved, please return the product to the designated location within one day (via convenience store or courier).
- We will cover the return shipping costs for product quality issues. For other reasons, the return shipping costs will be borne by you.
- Exchanges are only accepted once. We appreciate your understanding.
