- Combined items sold at a discount only have a 7-day cooling-off period. Partial returns or exchanges of combined items are not accepted.
- Due to lengthy shipping times and complicated cross-border refund processes, we cannot offer return or exchange services for packages sent from outside Taiwan.
- If the product cannot be processed or is not part of the return order, it will be returned to you via cash-on-delivery, with shipping costs borne by you (NT$80-100).
- Returned products must be unused and in original packaging, including all accessories, gifts, and the original box. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for damage caused by personal use or improper handling.
